Yes, our first-level support via email is generally free of charge, as long as the request remains within our fair-use policy (maximum 3 requests per month with up to 15 minutes of effort per request). More complex issues such as system access, online meetings, custom configurations, or individual consultations are billed at our hourly rate. However, we will inform you transparently beforehand with a brief estimate of the required effort. Support and consultations related to an ongoing project are always billed through that project.

What does first-level support mean?

First-level support means that we assist you with general questions, basic technical problems caused by Zoho, and standard requests that cannot be found in the Zoho manuals. If a problem requires more in-depth analysis, individual configurations, or direct consultation with Zoho, we escalate it to second-level support or specialised consultants

Is it possible to receive advice over the phone?

Yes, telephone support is available. However, our free support is primarily available via email. If more detailed advice or direct communication is needed, we offer individual support or consulting sessions for a fee.

Can I still use your support if I don't tag you as a partner?

Our free support is a service we offer exclusively to customers who have tagged us as a Zoho partner. This is the only way we can guarantee you access to our support channel and ensure we can assist you quickly and efficiently.
